Many people struggle with how to demonstrate “leadership.”
Even when they are expected to take on a leadership role, some may hesitate, thinking, “I’m not really a leader type.”

However, in reality, there is no such thing as a person who is or isn’t suited to be a leader.
Everyone has their own way of leading that builds on their unique strengths.
In this program, we refer to this approach as “Identity Leadership” — leadership based on one’s true self.

This program explores the key components of Identity Leadership:

1. Self-Awareness
   Excellent leaders deeply understand themselves.
   By reflecting on one’s life journey and uncovering the values that shape who they are, one can discover the true source of their strengths.

2. Synergy
   Leaders must understand and engage people with diverse backgrounds, cultures, ages, and values.
   Participants will learn how to harmonize diversity, guide the team toward a shared direction, and nurture team members effectively.

3. Vision
   A vision that excites and inspires others energizes the organization.
   To create such a vision, it is essential to start from what you genuinely want to commit yourself to.
   Understanding how to align vision, goals, and plans is also crucial.

Leadership cannot be learned from books — only through experience.
That is why this program is designed as a “journey”, allowing participants to step away from their daily routines and engage in deep, reflective learning.

Day 1

– Self-Awareness

• Recognize your fixed ideas and assumptions

• Understand your strengths and weaknesses

• Explore and clarify your personal values

• Receive feedback from others

• Identify your interpersonal style through a psychological test

• Deepen self-understanding through team-based competitive games

• Verbalize and express your own identity

Day 2

– Synergy

• Experience the mechanisms of team dynamics through games

• Understand the key factors of a high-performing team

• Reflect on: What is commitment? What makes a team feel a sense of accomplishment?

• Learn the essential qualities of leaders who guide teams to success

• Learn effective ways to delegate tasks

• Understand the difference between helping and assisting in people development

• Learn from real leaders about how to create an inspiring vision

• Develop your own vision for the next three years

• Practice how to communicate your vision in an engaging way

• Set concrete goals for achieving your vision

• Align your identity, vision, goals, and action plans for consistency and impact
