She believes that human resources is the golden treasure. To effectively connect personal core identity and organizational identity together will create the “great organization which employees love” and collaborative working atmosphere which result in positive business performance. She also believes that AI services and solutions which we offer will be the key success and fulfilled to all our customers requirement.
She has in-depth experiences in international hospitality industry in various functions, including, Food and Beverages, Sales and Human Resources. She experienced working in multi-cultural environment with European, American and Asian staffs through various field of the services. For being a part of Starwood Hotels & Resorts, she has gained her Human Resource strengths in Human Resource Management (recruiting and selection), together with Human Resource Development (training and evaluation). Experiences in diverse functions at the leading international hospitality chain has shaped her thoroughly understanding both employees’ and human resources perspectives. In 2016, she joined Asian Identity to pursue her career in broader steps to follow ideology to work on human resources and organizational development solutions.
She graduated from American BBA Degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Resort Management · Swiss BBA (Hons) in Hospitality and Business Management, Hotel Institute Montreux, Switzerland.
