On February and March, 2015, Asian Identity received the opportunities to provide 2-day series of management workshop for young and new managers and leaders for Toyota Tsusho Electronics (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. (TTET). The workshops were provided in multi-languages, including, Japanese, Thai and English for mixed nationalities.

Three main facilitators for the workshops were Mr.Katsuhiro Nakamura, CEO&Founder of Asian Identity Co.,Ltd., Mr.Ekajit, manager, and Ms.Thiranart, senior consultant from the same company.

Toyota Tsusho Electronics (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. is  a leading in-vehicle embedded software developer in Thailand, together with electrical devices sales, exports and logistic services, and traffic and in-car content developer with ITS and EV technology. TTET operates with more than 200 employees and more than 3 million billion baht of revenue per year.

Case study during Management Workshop for TTET
The workshops were focused on shaping management mindset by action workshops, active discussions and facilitating the experience sharing among participants from various teams. The contents were included three main themes: Self Management, Task management and Team management.
Activities during Management Workshop for TTET
Asian Identity Co., Ltd. has led the workshop with constructive contents, reflection activities and stimulating customised case studies to the real working environment of participants for active discussion. Following with the key management ‘s mindset, thinking and techniques will allow participants to have a clear understanding and experiences through reflection, and effectively lead to the real practices in daily work for better management of themselves and their own team.

At the end of the workshop, each participated managers came up with and announced their action plans with more solid understanding of management, team development mindset, as well as, improved self-awareness of team strategic communication.
