It is said that Human Resource is one of the most essential asset for a company and the importance of it more and more increasing due to the environmental change of our business. However, there are less opportunities to learn about the whole picture of HR-field knowledge. HR skill and knowledge is believed to learn by doing, but we still think there are many theories and fundamentals that we should learn in the training as well.

In HR College, we have prepared essential knowledge for all HR managers and HR staff, and even management person as well, who are responsible for oversee HR function. Contents are divided in to two modules: Module A is about soft issues, such as recruiting, HRD (HR development), and OD (organizational development). Module B is about hard issues, such as reward and evaluation. All the theories includes fundamental theories based on psychology and general management theories. Plus, we also introduce how to manage it to fit into Asian cultures, especially in Thailand.


On December 1-2, we are going to organize HR college module B. Facilitators are Mr. Jack Nakamura, CEO of Asian Identity, and Mr. Toshimitsu Sowa, CEO of Talented People Laboratory. Both are experts in HR fields who has long experiences as HR practitioners and HR consultant. The session is held in bilingual, both Japanese and Thai.

December 1, 2017 (Friday): What is HR? Overview of HR, Grading System, Reward system, Evaluation system
December 2, 2017 (Saturday): Successful implementation of HR system, HR competencies, HR Business Partner
